Court Records and Orders
The Circuit Court Clerk handles the Putnam County court record that can explain bond, dismissal, sentence, probation, or later revocation. Its listed office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A free courthouse shuttle runs hourly on weekdays during those hours from Justice Center parking areas. That shuttle assists in-person record access and is not transportation for people leaving custody.

TDOC District 31 is the local human fallback for an ambiguous FOIL parole or probation status. Call before visiting because office assignments and personal reporting instructions control.
